This project demonstrates three methods for colorizing sprites. Use the sliders to control the hue and transparency.
Sprite 1 simply uses the color effect. This works best when the costume has highly saturated colors of a similar hue. Sprite 2 has a clone on top of it, which has a different costume, covering the the entire image but filled with the color red. The clone has both a ghost effect and a color effect applied to it. Sprite 3 is similar to sprite 2, but here, the color costume is underneath the image costume, and the ghost effect is applied to the image costume instead. The squirrel is from the Scratch library.
