You deserve to live a full and healthy life. You might be feeling sad right now. You might be super depressed or super anxious. You might feel like taking your own life, but I am here to tell you from someone who has anxiety and from someone who has a parent with depression and from someone who has had to stop their best friend from taking their own life, it always gets better. It will get better. You just need to hang in there a little longer. You just need to see the little bit of light, because there always is some. I am here to say that it's not fun.
