You know how 35 has a version of the smolface with glasses? That might be because he's a semiprime, since he's currently the only smolface composite. After all, glasses = two = two primes multiplied to make a semiprime. So what if other semiprimes (that aren't step squads) have glasses? Also 33 and 39 don't have eyebrows because they could otherwise be confused as primes since they're not even or ending in 5.
