Rules: Start with the 6th hierarchy. Everyone must start with one, and ONE region. If you could not join, it's okay. you can join in the next hierarchy. If you were eliminated, you are out. done. The winner of the 6th controls all the territory on the 6th to the 5th. if you win Canada you control Canada for the next hierarchy round. Events will be noted on Notes and credits.
