I decided to fix the eyes, add glove/shoe bands, and fix proportion. Not trying to be rude, but I suggest the circle tool. Makes much smoother lines.
I would like to credit Ndavid1234 for making the modern tails sprite this was based on. sonicfanlily smoothened it up. MAJOR credit to these people, they helped make a really awesome sprite. Hit space to see Flare's transformation. Animations So far Press 1 for Walking Press 2 for Blinking Press 3 for Running Press 4 for Hurt Will be ready for full use in add yourself projects and even some episodes once I make a jumping animation.
