Your the mayor of this town! Your goal is to get as much people in your city as much as posible. To do that you first need to name your town. Then you need to get money to buy some utilities. To build utilities you need to tap on the utilities on the utilities menu(gray bow on the bottom of the screen the bottom box is tier 1 and the top is tier2)(the utilities are arranged by the varible position) then the utilities will be place at the middle but you can move it to any place you like at any time you like.tap the gear icon to rename your city.(if your population is at 128 type it in the comment section)
