He started running away super fast, and misbehaving, that the person who draw him got so mad, so he kicked him into a bathtub, the he got all the bath toys and carefully carried it the the sea (that the drawer live by), and poured everything in the tub out, including Vick, Vick was so sad, that he got lost under the sea for days, but then he had an idea, so he swam T for shelter, and found the dome, where everyone was too, Vick misbehaves a lot, you know, but he behaves good by autumn.
