THE strawberry VIRUS IS NOT REAL. LOUD SOUNDS AND DISTURBING IMAGES WARNING. IF YOU DECIDE TO PROCEED, THEN DON'T ACT LIKE I DIDN'T WARN YOU! sorry if this gives you nightmares. This project simulates a 3DS infected with the Cat Virus. The CAT VIRUS is a virus for Nintendo consoles that have wireless communications built-in. It affects the DS, DSi, 3DS, Wii, Wii U, and Switch. Symptoms of the cat virus are the console becoming bricked, an error screen that sometimes glitches and displays disturbing images of the Scratch Cat, the power and volume buttons being disabled, the console distributing the virus to other systems, and the volume being set to maximum along with extremely loud sounds being played. A system that is powered off cannot be infected by the Cat Virus, though. The only way to turn off an infected system is to let the battery run out or remove it/disconnect it from mains if on a home console. The virus also affects the PS3, PS4, PS5, PSP, PS Vita, xBox 360, all xBox One/Series consoles, the Fire TV stick, the Game Stick, smart TVs, any mobile phone (including the Nokia 3310), and any computer with an available wireless adapter. Any data stored on such devices is lost. The virus may overwhelm a device to the point where it starts smoking and becomes irreversibly damaged, the battery ruptures if present, and sends a huge voltage spike through the power cord if connected, destroying the circuit that the device is connected to. No antivirus can take action against or detect this virus.
