I wouldn't recommend taking this seriously. At all. I made it 100% for fun.
Since I enjoy imagining characters getting tickled in addition to imagining them sneezing, I decided to make a project where The Jet tickles Tootie with his feather. Mostly tummy/ribs tickling, but a secret script allows him to tickle her feet (assuming she’s wearing socks, not shoes) with the same feather :3 Credit to Serpentech for providing me the sprite of Tootie.
