Scratchtober Day 3: Floating! The very first thing that popped into my head when thinking of what to make for "floating" was a person lounging in the water, floating on the waves, just having an overall chill time. I thought it would be fun to remix the "retro wave" pen project I made for Scratchtober last year and here we are! Please do remix!
