Click on the slots to randomise them. Just reroll if you get a duplicate tower. Open the tower exclusion menu with 'x' or clicking the actual x in the corner. Turbo mode for instant randomising. There's a glitch where the exclusion menu fails to load... no idea what to do about that because it was a lot of experimentation to make stuff happen. Just restart the project idk how to fix.
