i was supposed to take a test today I took the test and later I found out that something reset my account it kept all my downloaded apps and bookmarks but it got rid off all my accounts except my school one and I just found out it deleted all my files. i kept so many files on my computer that I don't even remember all of them and something just resets almost everything if someone could please explain why it did that please tell me so I can avoid this happening in the future because I can't get any of that back and those were some serious memories :(
