You're in an operating system that feels like Windows. When the project starts (and the effort level is high enough), a windows titled "Number" will be opened by default. Feel free to move it around or manipulate the number! You can even open some apps to play with! (If the effort level is high enough, that is.) This IENE was inspired by Increasing Effort Number Evolutions 9a and 9b. Anyways, evolve the number and increase the effort like usual. If the effort level is high enough, you can add more apps and even fix bugs if necessary.
