~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~instructions~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ use your mouse to move the character, avoid the bad guys arrow keys to shoot space to show your stats (heart means hp, sword means dmg, 5 circles means shot rate) pick up power ups on the pedestals pick up pickups like hearts and swords to gain stat boosts ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~item effects~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ blung (looks like a dice) gives +5 hp but bigger hitbox wernk (looks like a wrench) makes you deal 20 recoil dmg instead of 5 when hit but makes you take x2 damage, also piercing shots jeebers (looks like a dagger) makes you throw boomerang daggers that return to the player, you have +1.5 hp and +0.5 damage added as well. jabbefling (looks like an arrow) summons a following jabbefling. when you're near to it, it deals 0.1x your damage and follows you. when far enough, it will stop following you and deal your damage. when it hits an edge, it will stop for a moment before returning to you. still allows shooting, but decreases your range by 1 buddr: damage multiplier way down, but shot rate WAY, WAY UP! originally was supposed to be a glass of milk, but ended up looking like a glass of melted butter so i went with it xd amulet of the watcher: damage multiplier times 2, but shot rate WAY down, also produces 5 bullets when you shoot swag bag: when you shoot, you will also at the same time do a melee attack with the swag bag. every 2 melee attacks, it will do 1 of 3 things: 1. shoots 10-15 coins which deal 0.25x your damage and have infinite range, meaning they will continue until they touch an enemy or hit the edge 2. shoots a diamond which stops after a few moments and deals your damage constantly to enemies (enemy i-frames included) which stand on it. disappears 20 seconds after being created, when it will rapidly increase in size while it evaporates. 3. shoots a bomb which stops a few moments after being shot and explodes 10 seconds after being created. also explodes in an instant when touching enemies. deals 3x your damage and has aoe damage ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~pickup effects~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ heart: increases hp by 0.5 sword: increases damage by 0.2 bullet with yellow lines out the ordinal directions: increases shot rate by 0.5 long spinning bullet: increases shot range by 0.2 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~enemies~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ reddy: follows you slowly minegrayne: immobile, makes 3 migraynes when destroyed migrayne: an absolute migraine with its spawn mechanics and speed! luckily it has low hp and dmg blockbuzzer: dashes at you in the cardinal and ordinal directions every few moments, starts spawning beyond wave 3 shotty: shoots slightly inaccurate projectiles at you, starts spawning past wave 5 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~bosses~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ jerry: a very quick boss that summons mini versions of it, has 70 health. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~credits~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ s_scraps - base game and some amount more than half of the versions NumerousUselssCode - other portion of the versions and a few concepts ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~changelog~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ -heavily buffed amulet of the watcher, wasn't at all worth taking before (no more max hp setting, 5 shots, but now only has 2x damage multiplier) -another item drops upon beating jerry -made the waves system more fair (no more v1 wave 4 on v4.4.3 wave 2) -buddr now only decreases your range if it is higher than 2 -amulet of the watcher now works with jeebers. wouldn't say synergizes, but works. -added debug e (stats) and debug r (items) -made range compatible with jeebers -got around to replacing thumbnail's old jeebers costume to new -nerfed shotty and blockbuzzer hp -buffed jerry hp (was 50, now 70, he was too easy) -added swag bag item ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~bugs~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ -shotties sometimes have double shot, in this case another shotty will not shoot -sometimes the game will make a new wave when the wave is not complete and has a few enemies left. in this case, the wave generated will be extremely tough -swag bag's special attacks are inconsistent, they can shoot in the wrong direction. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~upcoming features?~~~~~~~~~~~~ -bloomgreene (stronger lategame minegrayne that spawns more mini-enemies and increases in size when near death) and latebloomer (even faster versions of migraynes summoned by bloomgreenes) -more debug commands -summaniac boss -shotty enemy -bob enemy? -probz some dps focused item -some references to both s_scraps's past games and NumerousUselssCode's past games in item form (concepts: an item that adds a cube with the wrong physics who shoots for you (reference to NumerousUselssCode's Wrong Physics), etc)
