Sorry its not clear read here! Hi folks! The Scratch Team is getting ready to make updates to our database in order to help support our growing community. Specifically, we will be making changes to the way we store comments. We wanted to share a bit of information on what we are doing as well as give you a heads up that commenting will be temporarily unavailable while we make the updates. Why are we making updates? As the Scratch community has grown, our comment data has grown too large to fit on our existing servers. To keep the site running reliably and smoothly, we’re moving all of the comment data out of the database on our physical servers to a database which will run in the cloud. How is that going to work? We will need to turn comments off temporarily as we move the comment data, as it can cause problems for new comments to be added while the transfer is in progress. Once the transfer is complete, we will test that everything is working perfectly and then turn commenting back on. We won't move all comments on the same day: we will move comments on profile pages, studios, and projects at different times. Each time we move one of these comment types over, you'll see a message on those pages explaining that comments are disabled temporarily, but will be back soon. For example, when we are moving comments from profile pages, commenting on all profile pages will be temporarily unavailable until the transfer is complete, but you will still be able to see and post comments on projects and studios. This process should last a few hours for each comment type. When will we do this? Our plan is to launch this gradually over the next few months. We will start this work with profile pages on Monday, August 23rd. Profile comments will be temporarily unavailable for a few hours as we do this work. As we get closer to doing additional work in the future, we will be sure to let you know so it does not come as a surprise when commenting is temporarily turned off. What does this mean for you? Hopefully, you won’t even notice this change! We are carefully backing up comments data (and all of our data!) to make sure nothing can be lost. This is not a change to the way the commenting system works, just how the data is stored. Once we’ve made the change, you’ll still be able to make new comments and read existing comments exactly as you had before. These changes will help keep Scratch fast and sustainable for years to come, so Scratchers can collaborate, share ideas, learn from each other, and surprise the Scratch Team daily, just as you have since Scratch was created! Scratch on! =^..^=
In this case i will turn of commenting. if u dont want to read it use full screen
