welcome to another attempt at doing something... don't click the flag or everything gets messed up NOTE: These guys are in no particular order, I've just placed them in tiers randomly based on how much I like them. I'm not going to give my personal thoughts on them because OVA only has 4 episodes so far and there are still quite a few characters who haven't gotten that much screentime yet.
