Reasons for putting each character where they are: S-TIER Volt(S-Tier): Volt has 2 projectile attacks that you can fire at the same time for 2x the damage. Mr. Rocket(S-Tier): You can hold down his normal attack and it's pretty much over. Captain America(S-Tier): Same reason as Mr. Rocket. A-TIER Trevor: His normal attack is a projectile the goes up which can juggle and his special attack has the most range of any special attack that isn't a projectile. Crystal: Their normal attack is the biggest projectile with great knockback. Sir Lemon: His normal while not as big as Crystal's, is still pretty big. B-TIER Turnip Jr: His special attack has ok range. Nitro: All around balance is what this character is all about. C and F TIER Dark Ninja(C-TIER): His special doesn't do much but his normal comes out fast and it can hit twice if your opponent is against the edge of the map. Hudson(F-TIER) He is slow and his special attack is big but really hard to hit because it is a mile away from you and the CPU is always on top of you. Icy(F-TIER): Has the same problem with his special attack as Hudson, but it is even harder to hit because it is smaller than Hudson's I know he isn't on the tier list I forgot to add him but, Mr. Stickman (F-TIER): He only has one attack. Lame.
