########################################## T H E S E R V E R ########################################## EPISODE ONE A definitely-not-groundbreaking-at-all-in-any-way-shape-or-form animated series by me, Constable-Angua. Space to start it, for now. [Except I disabled this for Reasons.] Watch on turbo mode, or it will lag quite badly. Episode One introduces our main characters: Adele, June and Tracy. Their hobby is breaking into the classroom on cold days when they've been told to stay outside. Today Adele finds something in the back cupboard that definitely doesn't belong there. It also introduces the teacher, who likes telling the trio off once they've broken in. If you enjoyed this and are curious to see future developments with this series, I'd appreciate your feedback on an art style change I'd like to make in the next episode. Previews are here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/700882149/ (or will be when I've shared the project, which I haven't, yet). Eventually I hope to add subtitles. This is because I looked at a LOT of series for research purposes, and it wasn't much fun watching nine episodes of The Wand with broken computer speakers, thus meaning most of my clues as to what was happening were from the overviews in the notes and credits. If at all possible I'd like to spare others with similar technical difficulties of the same pain. (My computer speakers are fine now! Proof being that I was actually able to listen to people's auditions and choose voices for the characters.)

Description

OK, the early animation in here is absolutely awful. I started this BACK IN SEPTEMBER 2021, OK? Episode 2 will be much better, I promise, and also probably more timely. At one point the art style massively improves. This is because that bit's from a gap spanning several months which I was using to improve my digital art. So anything made after it is much better, but I couldn't be bothered correcting what I'd already done. Any frames this skips through abruptly will be labelled 'lip sync' as I need the actual recordings of lines to finish them properly. CREDITS @-Tiffany-Aching- and @Allie_Gaunt were responsible for getting me to actually do work on this, by continuously asking me how far I'd gotten on it. My gratitude to them for this knows no bounds. Cast: Adele: @VoiceActress3 June: @Fun_Cupcake_i82 Tracy: @I-GxldenPxnda-I Teacher: @Zukamora Thank you very much to these people for taking the time to prepare an audition, and upon being chosen to voice your respective characters, doing such a good job on your lines. I still can't quite understand why people volunteered to help me on this project, and I'm grateful that you did. Music: @Tolkienfan gave me official permission to use her home-made soundtrack to 'Cash Valley' which is ancient anyway. Or will. Remind me to ask her. All other music is up to Tiffany. She says she's going to use NoteBlocks to write me a theme when she has a moment to go back on Scratch. NOTES This is a *true story!* except it happened to me and my friends, not these fictional characters, and was spread out over multiple days. And I dramatised it a bit. The bit with the server is a completely fictitous scene. And the next few episodes will have nothing to do with anything real. So yeah... Adele is the girl with brown hair and a green dress, based on me, June is the girl with short blonde hair and a red t-shirt, and Tracy is the girl with wavy black hair and a yellow shirt, based on my amazing best friend who can hack the classroom with two pairs of scissors (i.e. @-Tiffany-Aching-, who refused to voice act). The friend June is based on doesn't have an account, sadly. Real names no relation to anything. They're just the names I felt would suit the character designs I came up with. Also, my friends and I definitely don't look like any of these characters. Just so you know. And yes, the school is very much based on my own old one. Except I renamed it Frogwarts, because I'm not revealing the name of my actual school, and I massively boosted the number of students so instead of a tiny obscure private school it's about a third of the size of my state college. I'll be releasing a project with still closeups of all the posters one of these days.
