Instructions

Welcome! In this project, I will be showing you my cat OCs genetics! If you are confused, or need a bigger explanation, feel free to read along in the instructions! :))) KITSEN Kitsen is a solid blue, wich means that he has gray fur and no stripes or markings. He has the shaded silver gene, so most of the blades of fur on his body are white at the base. This makes him look shiny. Since Kitsen is gray (wich is a dilution from black) he caries the dilution gene, wich would make it a possibility for his kittens to have diluted colors to. SPOT So… spot shouldn’t actually exist. What he what his genes should be is red tabby. Red/orange cats are always tabby’s. In this case I made him a mackerel tabby. Cats can get birth marks just like humans, and theses birth marks usually appear in black fur. This is how some male calico cats are made. FLARE Flare is a solid chocolate, so she has dark brown fur. She has the shaded silver gene, with makes her fur look very shiny in some light. She has grade two white spotting, which means she has small white spots on her muzzle, chest, and belly. Flare is chocolate, which is a mutation from black. CONTEST Contest is a cinnamon color, which is a mutation of chocolate. He is a tabby, and his stripes are ticked. ORANGE Orange is, well, orange. Since he is this color, he must have stripes, and his stripes are classic tabby. He has grade 1 white spotting, which means that he carriers the gene for white spots, but it doesn’t show. WRANGLE Solid cinnamon, which means no stripes. Since cinnamon is a mutation of chocolate, he carries the mutation gene. https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/406871449 ICEFATE So, Icefate is actually a cinnamon colored cat. She has Brocken mackerel stripes. Icefate has grade 10 white spotting, so she looks all white. Pls inform me if I messed something up! Thanks!
