This means somebody creates a character and other people draws the character in order to get the design. That means someone holds a contest to see who best draws a character they made. That person who draws it best gets the design of that character. An Entry could be an animaton meme, an animation or a drawing of the character you are entering for. Who made the base? ★I did!(It isn't f2u and I have only given 1 person permission to use it) ★When will the dta end? I'm not sure, but I'll decide when more entries come in .^^ ★Can i change the design/species/name of the character? Sure! Just don't make it hard to see which character is which.If you want to enter for more than one, you can!
