Billy is a little boy who was adopted by follower, greeter, and waiter. No one knows what happened to his family but he did wander into the corridors. He is very kind hearted and gives everyone a chance. So when follower tried to scare him out, Billy hugged him trying to be nice to him. When follower asked him to leave because it was dangerous for him in here, he said he had nowhere else to go. So the three monster puppets adopted him and took care of him. Due to him being so used to being the dark, the flashlight shine that you use on the monsters works on him. But he doesn’t get mad, just upset because he thinks the person doesn’t want to be his friend.
