If you heard a pop, you're good! So hey there! Brad, being his traditional meme self, is kinda bored. Okay, I (nix) was kinda bored too but my point still stands. HONESTY ALERT! yeah, they're being frank. it's a rate stand .-. Brad and Alyssa prioritizes new ocs' ratings over updated ratings. -♣- - No copying another person's OC/art/etc. or casually editing an existing art/OC (e.g. recolors). That gets you a low score/no rating. (Note that art/OCs based around characters (like even Brad here) are definitely allowed and are perfectly fine. At least it should be original.) - I like detail and a good backstory. If you can't draw them well, but they've got a detailed and rich (and I mean a nice paragraph at least) backstory, as per the meme, "I'll allow it." - Try not to use stick figures unless they're well-made [think RHGs] or you're detailing a big backstory (see rule above). I'm not putting my foot down all the way because I also have a cool boi stick man OC, so Brad can relate. - No raging over a terrible rating. You asked for it, but now you have a chance to improve! :] - I know if you remix, so there's no need to put your project link down in the comments. Not like I'll care if you do, though, it just feels a little unnecessary. I'll get to you eventually ;) About Early Access/Quick + Easy Ratings: Remix with your art/OC, and Brad and Alyssa will make a quick look and simple rating. Brad, however, DOES NOT give much feedback, if any, the rating may not be the most accurate, and the overall rating is quick and may seem rushed. Oh yeah, and any of those rated this way don't get in the Tier List, either. Well, maybe...idk yet. -♥- The Tiers, first off: S+ Tier (the best tier) S Tier A Tier B tier C Tier D Tier F Tier hecc tier (aka, no rating) There are basic descriptions for each tier, but it works on a 0-100 grading scale. 100: S+ 95-99: S 90-94: A 80-89: B 70-79: C 60-69: D 30-59: F <30: hecc As for more detailed descriptions: S+: Utter bliss. I don't really expect many, if ANY, to end up here. It could be a vector or sprite, but it's gotta be POG. I don't really know how to explain this one. S: A really good, almost OP sprite. Think like the MatPat of Scratch sprites. Amazing but needs a bit more work (in this case subscribers. Sub to his theory channels lol). A good example could be some of the really popular art projects you see. (although high S is the highest for most of them. Not saying they're bad, but S+ is a high standard ._.) A: Really well-crafted work. Have you seen @Midear's sprites? Those would rank mid to high A-tier to S-Tier in my book ._. B: Just scratches the surface of greatness, but is still well-crafted. This is usually where a serious error can hurt the best of works. C: Average sprite. A 70 is actually relatively good here. A good example could probs be my older Brad v3 vector, but I might be under-or over-estimating that one. D: This is where things get a bit bad. Usually, there's a larger error in the work, or some other issue(s). Still okay, though. F: A very meh. sprite. Not really eye-popping or all that well-made. hecc: absolute trash. think recolors, stolen OCs, or the like. Unless you get S+ tier, you will receive constructive criticism with every rating. There is a Tier List you'll be added to when you get rated, but the List is only organized by Tier, not by score, too ._. -♦- NOTE: If you remix my rating with an updated version of the same OC/art, Brad and Alyssa WILL re-rate it and use the higher of the two (or more) ratings :] BUT!
