(The boys go to the bathroom again while Chris is writing a letter Stewie gets up the sink with the help of Chris and opens the mirror canister and grabs the jar of "Happy Pills" and gives it to Chris as he was finished writing the letter. Chris takes the happy pills and puts it in his backpack along with the letter he put in an envelope and Stewie hops in the backpack and they left the bathroom but, little did they know that The Coon saw them steal the jar of happy pills from the bathroom.) Meg(criticizing angrily): How terrible can kids be?! Brian(angrily): And you two shouldn't be vaping! It contains nicotine and it's dangerous for your health! (Lois expressions changed from angry to sad.) Meg(angrily): We're going to school now, Chris so, come on! Lois(sadly): Have a good day at school, honey. (The platform gets lowered and Chris and Stewie prepare to leave.) Brian(sadly): Now, Chris, Stewie before you two go. Brian(sadly): Eric, told us that you stole the happy pills. (Chris leaves the house with Stewie and Chris has enough of being criticized all day so, he decided that he and Stewie are running away.) Chris(having enough): You know what, Stewie? Stewie: What? Chris(tired of the severe criticism): We're leaving. Stewie(also tired of the severe criticism): Yeah, let's leave this island for good I'm tired of being yelled at all day. Chris: But, before we head to our friends we need to give the happy pills to her. Stewie(confused): Who's "her"? Chris: That tiny one-eyed girl that I met at the lighthouse. Stewie: What's her name? Chris: Her name is "Niffty". Stewie: Niffty. Chris: Yes, that's why I asked you to help me get the happy pills it's because that I wanted to give them to Niffty. Stewie: Oh, okay now, let's go to the lighthouse and give her the pills. Chris: And that's what I'm gonna do. (The boys head to the lighthouse that helped the boats sail back to Monster Island, a separated part of Japan safely to give Niffty the happy pills and the letter.)
