Professor Utonium Orders Two Spongebob coloring books and one Thomas book. But then, Mojo Jojo gives them Video Brinquedo (The evil Brazilian Direct-to-DVD Animation studio) and Spark Plug (Video Brinquedo's American animation counterpart) movies instead of the books they wanted. So it's up to the Powerpuff Girls to stop Mojo Jojo from this Video Brinquedo mockbuster mess.
