A Nathan GE5HL is a K5HL horn created with General Electric horn bells, instead of Nathan Micro-precision K-series bells. It can sound similar and at the same time wildly different from a true K5HL. Most GE5HLs are on Tier 4-compliant ES44 locomotives.
