This was not as nice-looking as I thought, oh well. Scratch 3.0 is weird. In the 2.0 days there was a sprite that I had stolen and kept in one of my accounts' backpack that had a similar animation, which I thought was pretty cool. This is a recreation with 3.0's flag.
