The concept for this redesign was mad scientist! It was a pretty obvious direction to take her in-- in a nutshell, Blue has always been a hyperactive engineering prodigy who asks "can I" before "should I". I also aged her up because a) preteens don't get access to giant tesla coils and b) the styles and palettes I use now are more mature than they were in 2016, better fitting an older character. I'm really happy with this new design. It's pretty metal (pun intended) so I'm definitely going to keep it! Thanks to @GameGirlX for hosting this contest, it's a really neat idea!
