Scratch Containment Centres are a collection of bases around the globe (called SCC base 1, or SCC base 2, etc) and they are responsible for locking up dangerous and superhuman objects and creatures, called SCC's. They are definitely not scratch friendly and I don't recommend you look up one. But I want to make my own version of this, which would be much more scratch friendly.
