It refers When a Confirm Bought Check is uncoded. Another refer is when the Disc is Scratched on the Confirm Check ID. The Final refer is When a Noclip in Loading is Corrupted. Whenever your Shown the Screen on your GameFriend2, You can easily turn off The Console, Remove The Disc and Turn it back on to Prevent Seeing it Again. If You want to fix the Broken Disc, Inject The Console to the TV, Eventually you will Find the Memory Cards. From there, Find the Disc Slot and Rename the 0x99 to 1x99. The GAMEFRIEND2 console is NOT Real.
PS2 (original) Note: The 0x99 From there isn't the Code of the Disc, but the Memory Code of the Disc. There stores the Piracy Code. 0x99 was the Choice to not have it Messed and Random Numbers.
