ok i know i said i wouldnt enter contests anymore but i really like this character and your (allegore's) art :DD also ANOTHER PERSON WHO DRAWS IN BITMAP WITH A MOUSE!!!!! epic B) also tried to do clothes stuff and different blinking style also the rat's halo moves when the blinking happens because i messed up lol a l s o the hand holding the rat looks rlly weird sorry about that i cant draw hands
