ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: I know that this isn't going to be in the top 3 or basically anything, but having effort for nothing has been a really BIG pain for me. Only one time I managed to get something as a result, but it became my pinnacle which therefore results me back to the same, old, "unnoticed" Scratcher. He is, uhh, heavily inspired by Sonic the Hedgehog and some movesets, but I don't know how to exactly put him into uniqueness. The helmet succ, but eh, the original design was getting a bit out of hand and I had a hard time trying to change it. As for the stage, it looks a bit too, tight? It also has it's own composed soundtrack using the library assets via OpenMPT.
Originally made in January as an entry for some Smash project made by @The_Updator (guess that since I forgot and I didn't get the link also), but due to laziness and the fact it closed earlier than it's said date, this is left unfinished and I didn't even bother trying to put it in a stable state until now.
