What is an OTA? - OTA stands for offer to adopt, you basically offer art/designs/ext. for a character and if I accept your offer, you do the art and then you get the character. What I’m looking for (from most to least) - Anything What I’m not looking for - Everything else Rules - -No lowballing or highballing -Offer at least two things -If I’ve chatted with you before you have a higher chance of getting accepted, but please do offer -Do NOT use the character until you finish payments -Do NOT start payments until I’ve accepted you and told you which characters to draw -Once you get the character, you may do whatever with them but you must credit me for the original design in their ref.
