INACTIVE You RP in the comments! Basically a very chill RP where everyone is winged cats whoop Join the winged cats of the Starlit Mountains in their everyday adventures! Will you be part of the group who lay claim to the old inactive volcano basin? Or will you wander alone, facing the wild with only a few friends or family by your side? The group has no official leader, but all the cats over seventy make a sort of council to make all of the decisions. They also don't have an official territory, they just kinda chase out everyone who goes in the basin and tend to stay in or near it. The group considers all cats younger than 15 moons children RULES: -no opness please -no hating on other scratchers -just no breaking the scratch guidelines on general hhhhhh -unlimited characters -keep romance and violence pg-13 at most -you can only use your characters, no one else's -every single cat must have wings.
