Basically GR's whole lore is about lies and deception basically he was manipulated to whisper lies and bad things to others (the heart eye part is a reference to that) and force them to do what bad deeds he was manipulated into telling them to do by his manipulator thingy (The X eye is a reference to him realising his actions) And he ends up going insane (Triangle and blank eyes symbolise that) after he realises what he's done. idk i was feeling edgy and decided to make him
