So you can use this character as you please) Wispy is a patriotic (nobody knows his country though), cat/human with a mysterious mask... He hates communism... (For reasons yet to be discovered) Constantly has a MaGiCaL cloud halo above his head at all times... and a cloud ring around his tail... and he seems to be made of a weird vapor or mist... thus the name Wispy... He is dyslexic, but very funny... He thinks of the best puns and jokes sometimes...
