✦✦✦ Notes ✦✦✦ I got the idea for this project when thinking about ways to challenge myself. I think we can all agree that handling layers in Scratch is a challenge, so I got the idea of having scrolling text around a planet. I knew that people have already done similar things, but I wanted to solve this by myself. I tried several approaches before discovering one that worked satisfactory. Look inside to see how it works. ✦✦✦ Credits ✦✦✦ The backdrop is from the Scratch library. The Block Font sprite consists of the "Block" letters from the Scratch library, centered and stretched slightly to achieve a somewhat uniform width - otherwise the text would be hard to read. I made the music in BeepBox for this project. I tried to accomplish an Amiga 500 MOD vibe, but the result reminds me more of C64 SID tunes. Thanks a lot to @RobFarley74, who keeps inspiring me with projects which sends me back to my childhood.
