Once you did enough clicks, you can click the shop button, there, you can buy upgrades like "per second" upgrades or "per click" upgrades. You can turn on and off the music by sliding the music slider variable. Click the rebirth button when you want your Cat Power, CPPS, and CPPC back to zero.
