We landed in the Wolf Fruit grove, then raced each other to the school. The dinner bell rang as we got inside, so we quickly changed and went to dinner. Calli was there, waving. We went over to her. “Where have you been? You haven’t been here for 4 days.” I gasped slightly. How long had we been unconscious? Brazen told her a simple “Tell you later” as we dug in. After dinner, we went back to our row of dorms. Brazen went into Calli’s while Harlow stood outside her own. Naomi and I went into mine. “Figured it out yet?” Naomi asked, leaning against the door. “What?” I asked, turning to face her from the window. “Shadow. Figured it out yet?” I had. “Yep.” “Please tell me you don't-” “I don’t. Relax.” She sighed. “Good.” I nodded. She smiled, kissed me, then went into her own room. I sighed and flopped down on my bed, wondering how I’d ever get to sleep with this much info in my head.
