In 1998, PDX created a DVD label called Toondex, which was used to distribute PDXToon shows on DVD. In 2000, PDX decided to divest its shares in it, with Radbillon acquiring it later that year. 2 years later, they decided to make a successor to Toondex, which ended up being a joint venture with WM1 called WDX Distribution, though even that shut down in 2006. In 2021, Ey'N acquired Radbillon, thus acquiring Toondex as well.
