Drag your mouse around and the baubles will follow. Tap the screen or click space to change the costume. Just to clarify: The bubbles won't be created by the mouse. It'll just point towards it and follow it. For instance, if you put your mouse in the right side of the screen, all of the bubbles will "glide" to the right side.
