Instructions

Watch, type, backpack, use, repeat. XD You can use this in all your projects! Credit me if you want to, this took me 3 days to make. To use the block "write string at..." (don't use the developer one): First input: What you want to be displayed 2nd and 3rd: X and Y 4th: The brightness. 100 = white, 0 = red, -100 = black. 5th: What text slot you want to put the text into, which will let you overwrite that slot without clearing the rest of the text. This is very useful for an HUD. Leave it at 1 if you don't want to use this. 6th: Text size, in the same units as Scratch. 7th: If you want it to wrap at the edge or not. Type "yes" to enable or anything else to disable Run the broadcast "clearall:RefreshTextEngine" to clear the text. Also, remove my demo script.

Description

Dat intro doe. Presenting to you: A fast vector Text Engine, with a new system called Slots! You can store different lines of text in different areas, and then change them separately. WARNING: When put into your project, please don't change the name. Most of the sprite's variables need a specific ID to work, and will break if you change the name. WARNING: If you make your text update all the time, put all the write blocks into one script or it might break. Missing characters: []{}~`| I did not include a color effect because of Stage3D graphical glitches. You can modify my scripts to put them in, though. Font: NewRodin Music: Empty - Vexento [Removed]
