Izabella and the Magical Jewel By: Ingingfa and Katara_1 Chapter 1: The Secret Do you believe in magic? Do you believe that magic is real? Far, far away in the sea, there was a secret Island called ‘Enchantio”. And the Island had beautiful houses and, there, lived good people. Everyone lived happily all along. Until three years after that a monster came. It was called the “Cahns”. When the Cahns touch something, it will disappear and it will duplicate itself. But then, a goddess came. Her name was Sacarah. She made a Jewel and hid it under the sea. Then, the Cahns never ever came again. No one knows where the things that the Cahns touch go. But when the people have the Sacarah Jewel, they all feel safe. 100 Years later… ‘Mom, Dad,’ said a sweet, tiny voice. It was Izabella Isa Lin, a 14-year-old girl. She was walking from the sea to her cottage after she played with her friends. Her long, curly blond-white hair was flying behind her. Her eyes were aqua blue and she was very tall and thin. Her skin was dark-cream. She walked to her cottage happily, her hands full of little shellfish. When she reached her cottage, she looked upon it. The red-leaf roof, the yellow-straw house and the small green door that sometimes she bumped into. She entered the cottage. There were three people there. First, in the kitchen, was a woman with the same blond hair as hers but green emerald eyes, was her mother, Isara Min Lin. Next, sitting on a Chair, reading a book, a man with brown curly hair and her aqua eyes, her father. Mick Lin. Then, a person she didn’t expect. A young and handsome boy, bright blue eyes and short blond hair. His skin was white. Charlie. Her best friend. ‘Charlie!’ she said happily. ‘What are you doing here?’ ‘Well, I was going to ask you if you wanna go to the stage show with me today.’ he said, walking to Izabella. ‘That’s so kind of you, Charlie,’ she said happily and turned around to her mother. ‘Mom, please let him join us for lunch.’ ‘Aww, you’re such a kind person, dear,’ her mother said, hugging her, ‘alright, Charlie, you can join us for lunch. Sit here, with Izabella!’
