Back story: One day Mr.Blue got kidnapped by the evil Balloon. Trust me the evil balloon is way scarier and eviler than he sounds. Anyway Mr. Blue has to escape. If he doesn't escape he'll be forced to be The Evil Balloon's slave. Instructions in game. .For level 9 jump on the evil balloon until you pop him.
