Press the arrow keys (Excluding Down arrow) to move P-enball or use WASD + Space to make him move! The Jump is quite buggy so make sure not to spam Left and Right whilst jumping. :/
Notes: Please report any bugs in the comments. I've also added a roof barrier to make sure you don't fly. It took many days for me to create this so please don't criticize me for this. I've also added a delay when jumping so you don't rapidly jump when moving both Left and Right. Credits: Thanks to @griffpatch for the tutorial on scrolling background.
