Their lines were already recorded for the production of episode 1&2, and to acknowledge this situation, their character will be recast from episode 3 onwards. ｎｏｔｅｓ ☆ This series has been a long time in the making. I originally announced this back in 2018, after I was getting tired of The Wand. I tried working on it but I realized I didn't have enough of a good plot to continue, so I went back to animating The Wand. In spring 2020 I remembered the series I'd abandoned 2 years previously and decided it had potential so I picked it back up again. At this point, I'd already decided I'd no longer work on The Wand. And I'm glad I picked it back up at this time, because my animation and art skills had improved a lot, and I'd thought of better plot points. I held voice auditions in May 2020 that got over 100 entries and chose the voices, and stayed pretty quiet about the series since. Due to exams I couldn't get right into animating, but this summer I completed episode one. [and hooray...I'm getting my exam results in 10 days :/ ] So after 3 years since I first announced this project, I present to you the first episode of Digitized. This was made mostly with Scratch 2 but then the offline editor kept crashing so I had to move the project onto the Scratch 3 online editor. It does run a lot better in Scratch 3 and the file size compression is better but I cannot for the life of me use the vector editor xd ☆ Run time ~ 6 minutes ☆ Genres: cyberpunk, dark academia, drama, sci fi, dystopian ☆ I recommend using dark mode on your browser when watching this. The lip sync may lag depending on the speed of your computer.
