I know that the project said that making characters were closed, but you had approved me making one before it was closed, and I had started right away, so I hope it's alright that I posted it now. Also, if the hood on his cape isn't allowed, I can remove it. :) The music is from Steven Universe. I attempted to make his tail look like a UFO. I think I failed. x'D
