My fourth + fifth + sixth mini-lesson that I did in camp!
Notes from class (in case you wanna learn stuff): Straight Ahead + Pose to Pose Two methods that are used to animate. Straight Ahead: Start at first frame, then make second, and so on. It's good for unpredictable things, like flowers moving. Pose to Pose: Draw the beginning and end frames, the fill in between again and again. It's often good for motions, like pots sliding. Terms for pose to pose: Key - beginning and end frames Extremes - highest point of a jump, lowest point of a roll Breakdown - all the in-between frames Follow Thru & Over-Lapping Action This moves because this other thing moves. Slow In & Slow Out All movement starts slowly, builds up speed, and ends slowly. It takes a while for a car to build up speed when it just starts moving, then it needs to slow down first before it stops. An object in motion tends to remain in motion. Only robots (or possessed cats) will stay at a constant speed. More frames at start or end of action. More frames = Slower Less frames = Faster Put more frames closer to the key frames.
