There is such thing as gender neutral bathrooms, but they aren't as common as female and male bathrooms but i agree with @Pan_And_Proud 's message, we should in fact have more gender neutral bathrooms, there have been points in my life where I felt disrespected that there wasn't bathrooms for people of other gender identities, like a non binary bathroom, A gender fluid bathroom, A transgender bathroom, etc.
