I decided to switch things up with slice man, and allowed not the circle, but a master robot to combat him! He has the same controls, but he can jump... in a way. There is also the ability to sucsessfully block his attacks by pressing the down arrow. That saves so that when it hits you next time, it does no damage! I would recommend that for phase 2 greatly! At 1/2 HP, Slice Man will be using the Speed Gear, and shooting shears rapidly, and doing his special move. Good Luck (You're gonna need it...)!
Again, Thanks to NeonScratcher for making slice man and the other Scratch'd masters, because I plan on making all of them for player usage! Also thanks to Cindos Hedgie for the double gear system that he made for Slice man! He's a tough guy to beat now!
