Snowstar turned to see Sparrowlight staring at her, and the three kits around her stared too. "Mama, who is that?" A rust-colored tabby she-kit asked. "Your leader." Sparrowlight said, standing. "Kits, run back to the nursery. Tell Fernhollow I need her to watch over you while I fulfill my promise." A brown and white she-kit nodded, and dashed off. Her siblings followed. "Promise?" Snowstar asked. "I promised that if you ever came to defeat Lightningstar, I'd help in any way possible. Snowstar, I'm so sorry for leaving. The mud serpents scared me, and after Rustyfoot was blinded, I broke. I told him that SnowClan wasn't safe for our kits, and I said I was running off to StormClan. He couldn't watch me leave, so he came too. I had my kits here, but I realized soon after having them that I didn't want them to have to grow up here. Nobody's happy, and so many die because we don't have a proper medicine cat. Everyone's so afraid of Lightningstar that nobody dares complain. Please, tell me how I can help." Sparrowlight explained. Snowstar nodded, then explained her plan. "I'm going to find Lightingstar. Do you know where I can find her?" Snowstar asked. Sparrowlight flicked her tail in the direction of the sandy hill. "I saw her slip away when the first serpent showed up. I can't believe she abandoned her Clan like that. How selfish." Sparrowlight said. Snowstar thanked her and headed that way. The sandy hill wasn't very far, and Snowstar arrived soon. Lightningstar, however, was nowhere to be seen. "Lightningstar! Come out and face me! I've come alone, and I challenge you to a duel!" Snowstar announced. Nobody responded. The determination in Snowstar's body must have activated her Snake vision, because she started seeing the heat. She looked around, and in a bush she could see a cat hiding. Snowstar blinked, and her vision faded to its usual self. Snowstar lunged at the bush, and Lightningstar yowled. "Fine! You wanna face me? Let's fight. Only one of us will come out alive, and it won't be a weak kitten like you." Lightningstar said aggressively. "Then let the fight begin." Snowstar said. Lightningstar lunged at Snowstar, and Snowstar attempted to dodge. Lightningstar almost missed, but her claws just barely scratched Snowstar's side. Snowstar dropped to the ground and rolled over to Lightningstar's side, and clawed as hard as she could at Lightningstar's underbelly. Lightningstar screeched in pain, and shot her paw into Snowstar's back. pinning her down. Snowstar hissed, and flipped over. She kicked Lightningstar off of her, and she hit the ground nearby, a huge cloud of dirt came from where she landed. Snowstar took a moment to breathe, then lunged at Lightningstar while she was still down. Snowstar raked her claws along Lightningstar's side, and Lightningstar yowled. Lightingstar leaped to her feet and pounced on Snowstar. Lightningstar hit Snowstar with great force, knocking air out of her. Snowstar was trying to catch her breath, and Lightningstar was about to lunge at her again, but her paw got caught in between two rocks. Lightningstar struggled to get free, but she couldn't. As Snowstar got closer, Lightningstar struggled more and more. Snowstar pinned Lightningstar down with her back paws and one of her front paws, then held her other front paw to her neck, claws extended. "Seems I've won." Snowstar said, holding her threatening paw in position above Lightningstar's neck. "I won't kill you though." Snowstar said, moving her paw back a little. "W- what?" Lightningstar said. "No, I won't. StormClan is going to join SnowClan, and we'll be one Clan. BlizzardClan. As for you. you're going to leave BlizzardClan territory forever. If you are seen on my Clan's territory, which will be SnowClan and StormClan's territories combined, BlizzardClan warriors have my permission to chase you off, and if they must, execute you. Understood?" Snowstar explained. Lightningstar was silent for a moment, and Snowstar moved her paw back to hovering over her neck. "Understood?" Snowstar repeated. Lightningstar nodded vigorously. Snowstar slowly let Lightningstar free, and helped her get her paw unstuck. Once she was free, Lightningstar hesitated, probably because she was considering attacking Snowstar, but decided not to. She dashed in the opposite direction of the territories. When Snowstar returned to StormClan camp, mildly injured warriors were working to drag off the dead serpents and bury the fallen warriors. Badly injured warriors were either resting, waiting for help, or being tended to by Shadetuft or Troutpool. Snowstar looked around for Iceflower. She had important things to discuss with both Clan's deputies, granted they were both alive. Iceflower was supervising the burying of fallen warriors, and she was doing a good job. "Iceflower, I need to talk to you. Have you seen Vinestripe, the StormClan deputy?" A silver tabby she-cat with a white underbelly perked up. "That would be me. What is it?" Vinestripe said, walking over to them. "I think there should be one Clan, not two. A combination of both Clans. I suggest the name BlizzardClan, because A blizzard is like a Snowstorm." Snowstar explained. "I think it's a great idea!" Vinestripe said enthusiastically. "Me too." Iceflower said. "One more thing. I'm stepping down. Iceflower, you'll be the leader of BlizzardClan. Vinestripe, unless you prove disloyal, you'll be the deputy of BlizzardClan." Snowstar said. Iceflower was too shocked to respond, but Vinestripe spoke. "Really? SnowClan seems like such a nice Clan! Are you sure?" She said. "Yeah. Being leader has become a lot of responsibility. And Iceflower, you'll make a fantastic leader. Probably much better than I was. And I'll be around if you need help. I'll be retiring to the elder's den." Snowstar said. "...Okay. I respect your wishes, and even though I don't think I'm ready, Shadetuft didn't think she was either, and look at her." Iceflower said, glancing at Shadetuft, who was skillfully tending to a StormClan cat's wounds. "I'll call a Clan meeting later. I'll explain everything. I'll be leader of BlizzardClan, Vinestripe will be deputy, and you'll officially be an elder." Iceflower said. Later, a Clan meeting was assembled. Iceflower announced the news about BlizzardClan, and decided that they'd keep StormClan's old camp with a few expansions as BlizzardClan's camp. Iceflower became Icestar, and Vinestripe became the deputy. Starpaw became Starglimmer, and Pebblepaw became Pebblepond. Last, Icestar announced Snowstar's retirement. "Snowstar, would you like to return to your old name, Snowsong? Or is there something more fitting?" Icestar asked, turning to Snowstar. "I would like my name to be Fallensnow, if that's okay." Snowstar asked. "Yes, from now on, your name will be Fallensnow." Icestar said. After the ceremony, Fallensnow was on her way to the elder's den to rest, when she saw a familiar rust-colored cat there. "Rustyfoot?" Fallensnow said. "Fallensnow?" Rustyfoot turned his head in the direction of Fallensnow's voice. "Yes! It's me!" Fallensnow dashed over to him, and sat next to him. "I'm so happy you're alive! I though you had died!" Fallensnow exclaimed. Rustyfoot must have been forced to the elder's den after Lightningstar saw that he was blind. "What happened while I was away from SnowClan?" Fallensnow started talking, and there was so much to say. After She was done, the friends went to sleep for the night. And for the first time since she was little, she slept peacefully. This is all a huge dramatization of the roleplay. Almost all of the story and characters was my idea, but small parts of the RP and character's personalities belong to their creators. According to the warriors wiki, Fallensnow is a SkyClan cat who was killed by rats, but this is a different cat.
